Q: What can I stamp on my disk?
A: Any lettering, number, or design you'd like as long
as it will fit. There are two sizes of block letters and numbers (S & L).
I use the small size for words and the large size for single initials.

Q: Can I customize a "Ready Made" necklace?
A: In most cases yes. Contact me via email with your request.

Q: How long does it take for you to make my piece?
A: I try to be pretty quick. Usually not more than 5 business days before it ships out. Around the holidays give it 7 - 10 days.

Q: How do you ship it?
A: Pieces are shipped USPS Priority.

Q: Do I have to pay tax?
A: If shipped within California 8.5% sales tax will be applied. All others there is no tax.

Q: Can you rush my order?
A: Yes. Your piece will be made and shipped in two days via USPS Express. This is a guaranteed overnight service. There is a $15 rush order charge plus $20 shipping.

Q: Can you send my piece as a gift?
A: Yes. It will be wrapped and boxed and include a gift card with your name(s) on it. The packing slip will not include the price.

Q: How should I care for my piece?
A: Over time your disks and charms may lose their luster, tarnish or become worn. This is all part of the natural process of wearing the charms and disks together. It should be considered a sign of character. As a matter of fact, most of the copper and silver disks and charms are oxidized or antiqued to accentuate this naturally occurring process. That said, for all jewelry I advise a soft high quality polishing cloth for occasional tarnish removal. Ultrasonic cleaners also work well.
